Retrieve a message from the cache by its XMTP ID

getMessageByXmtpID(id, db): Promise<undefined | CachedMessage<any, ContentTypeMetadata>>
Parameters
- id: string
  The XMTP ID of the message to retrieve
- db: Dexie
  Database instance
Returns Promise<undefined | CachedMessage<any, ContentTypeMetadata>>
The cached message, or undefined if not found
